You Are Enough

I want to share a small testimony it may bless someone. Lately with everything I've been dealing with being a parent to growing and developing teens, I've said so many times I just wish their dad was here things would be better or I cant wait till my hubby gets home to share the load. I am repenting of that thinking, it's wrong. I reject coming into agreement with the spirit behind it. The spirit of lack, the spirit of not enough the spirit of "If I just had"... it's a lie. The truth is God gives us everything we need when we need it and when we don't have or get it's because he knows what we truly need. He uses life especially the ugly and uncomfortable parts to shape and mold and prepare us to walk more closely with him. He fills every void. A single mom can raise great kids, a single person doesn't have to be in a relationship to get the most out of their life, a person making little can be as prosperous as one making much, a small investment can still have a great return. It all depends on your perception of what you DO have and how you use it. Never take for granted what you have bc even that can be taken in a moment. Joy and pain will come, it rains on the just as well as the unjust but no matter what, as long as you put your trust and faith in Christ, you have everything you need to succeed. I am equipped to handle every situation that arises bc I have Christ guiding my steps. He gives me wisdom on who to call, he corrects me when I'm parenting wrong, he warns me about things to come so I can prepare, and he comforts me when I'm broken. He renews my strength so I can get up and do it all over again tomorrow even when I rather not. I had fainted, had I not believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living! Don't focus on who or what is NOT there (giving a foothold to the enemy) instead appreciate who or what is!! Be GRATEFUL BE HUMBLE
